A preparation layer before import
Carrier spreadsheets and PDFs often use inconsistent ports, equipment codes, charge descriptions, currencies, and validity formats. Those differences create manual work before a pricing team can use a repeatable import process.
RateReady maps the source evidence into the exact columns and terminology agreed during scoping. The service produces a source-linked file; it does not log into CargoWise, publish rates, or make operational decisions for the customer.
What the controlled workflow checks
- Source-row coverage so extracted records are not silently dropped
- Price and currency preservation
- Agreed location and equipment normalization
- Validity-date and charge-field consistency
- Low-confidence fields presented for customer review
What we need before accepting a pilot
We first confirm the approximate file count and size, source formats, one required target template, relevant charge and validity rules, and the person responsible for final customer review.
No carrier files or payment are requested until the scope, price, turnaround, and secure handoff are confirmed in writing.
RateReady is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CargoWise or Magaya.
