Source and delivered files receive a 30-day deletion deadline at delivery and are removed by a protected recurring sweep.
Processing may use contracted hosting, payment, email, and AI providers, including OpenAI.

What happens when the files are messy?
Can RateReady handle scanned PDFs and mixed file types?
The workflow accepts PDFs, spreadsheets, CSV, TSV, JSON, XML, text, and Word files. Scans, handwriting, encryption, corruption, or unusual layouts are assessed before a pilot is accepted and may require a custom scope.
Does RateReady guarantee perfect accuracy?
No. Automated extraction can make mistakes. RateReady exposes confidence and source evidence, and the customer must review the final file before importing or quoting from it.
What happens to uncertain rows?
They remain visible with confidence flags and source evidence. A reviewer can accept, correct, or exclude them; unresolved coverage gaps prevent automatic delivery.
Is this a TMS replacement?
No. RateReady is a focused preparation layer for the TMS, workbook, or internal template you already use. There is no long-term platform migration or lock-in.
How fast is delivery?
The planned standard target is two business days after scope, payment, and receipt of a usable batch. Same-day service for simple supported jobs is a future option, not a current promise.
What does a controlled pilot cost?
Supported Starter pilots begin at $99 for up to three files and 25 MB. Standard pilots are $249 for up to ten files and 75 MB. We confirm the exact scope and price before requesting files or payment; complex scans and unusual layouts may require a custom quote.
