Service

RateReady provides an automated extraction, normalization, and data-formatting service for freight rate sheets. Unrestricted self-service ordering is currently closed. Controlled pilot work is accepted only after RateReady and the customer agree in writing to the source batch, target output, price, turnaround, and any special handling. Supported formats and limits depend on that agreed pilot scope. Each accepted pilot includes source-linked confidence and exception evidence. Larger, recurring, encrypted, corrupted, handwritten, multi-output, unsupported-format, or unusually complex batches may be declined or require a separate quote.

Customer responsibility

You confirm that you are authorized to provide the uploaded data and that you will review the delivered file before using it in a pricing, booking, quoting, or transportation system. Automated extraction can make mistakes even after a quality review. RateReady does not guarantee carrier pricing or replace operational review.

Delivery and refunds

The delivery target is two business days after payment and receipt of a usable batch and sufficient target instructions. If RateReady determines it cannot produce a usable output matched to the agreed target, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Work outside the standard scope requires a separate quote.

Confidentiality and deletion

Uploaded files are used only to perform the requested service. Source and delivered files receive a deletion deadline 30 days after delivery and are removed by a protected recurring retention sweep unless a longer period is requested in writing.
