Privacy notice

RateReady collects the contact, company, order, payment-reference, and uploaded file information needed to provide the service. We use it to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent misuse, and keep business records.

Files are stored privately and are not sold or used for advertising. We transmit uploaded content to contracted processing providers, including OpenAI, to perform extraction and validation. Other service providers may process limited data for hosting, payment, and email delivery. Their handling of data is governed by their applicable service terms and data controls.

Do not upload protected health information, payment-card data, government identification numbers, or other regulated or special-category personal data. Source and delivered files receive a deletion deadline 30 days after delivery and are removed by a protected recurring retention sweep; transaction records may be retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.
